Auckland Permaculture Workshop presents
Module 11 - Fertile Gardening

Guest tutor - Brendan Hoare – Organic Consultant; EcoNation 2020 co-founder; Former Director, Hortecology Sanctuary, Unitec

Designing gardening systems for your soils and site; Site management; Biological services and feedback loops – pest control, nutrient cycling, and fertility; Herbs and perennials; Crop rotation / green crops / herb lays; Plant health, pests and disease; Year round food production.

This workshop has received fantastic feedback from participants. It is an exciting opportunity to spend the day with one of New Zealand’s leading organic and permaculture experts. In a day full of practical activities, participants will learn and apply some of the key principles and skills needed to sustainably grow food, fibre and fuel.
