On the 3rd Sunday of every month we create a space for exploration, creativity, fun and rejuvenation.

We benefit from laughter whether it is real or simulated.  We don’t need humour, jokes or comedy to laugh.

If you are looking for new ways to release stress or looking to pep up your life, or do you want more fun in your life, come to this one hour session and give laughter ago!

Shakti Dance gives you the ideal resource, with choreographic exercises and a free-spirited dance session to release tension and emotional patterns. It expands your body awareness and invigorates all body systems, increasing self-confidence.

Shakti Dance has its roots in the science and tradition of Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan. It implements insights drawn from yogic philosophy to awaken
and embody universal principles of harmonious movement.

It also develops an understanding of the qualities and levels of energy induced through different dance movements and styles. It fuses breath, motion and mindfulness to expand the practitioner’s consciousness
