Event Description

What is Seedy Sunday?

It’s a relaxed gathering for those who garden, or want to learn about gardening, growing food and sustainability, to share ideas and inspiration. There will be a short talk or video at each meeting and a bit of discussion about what should be happening in the garden now.

Learn from the locals - find out how they overcame some of the problems you may be facing now. Get ideas and inspiration and learn how to grow food for your family. Be a part of a community of gardeners who are rediscovering self-sufficiency and enjoy the benefits of organically grown vegetables and fruit.

What should I bring?

– Koha (to cover hall hire),

– Your questions and experience,

– A friend (we want to encourage everyone to garden),

– Something to swap/share – some seeds, plants, produce.
