DESCRIPTION:I am pleased to announce that the national conversation th
 rough local discussion will be taking place at a university near you. 
 I have organised for the universities to open up their new HD232 video
  technology to allow people from all walks of life to have a national 
 conference without travel, hotel or great expense. We have kept the co
 sts to an absloute minimum.\nI have organised this conference with the
  transition movement in mind. I want to highlight what is happenng tha
 t is a sign that somethings, even if they are small are going in the r
 ight direction.\nNo international experts flown in from the UK. No mor
 e lecturing about what \"we must do\" that we can't do. No more discus
 sion of the hopeless problems. It's time to move on, on to a new path 
 that is.\nI hope you can all come and be part of this journey. It will
