Backbone features and issues for a new site: a list

What are the backbone features being used on our current ning sites?

For those deciding to stay with ning and pay, what are the sticking points that make a shift not feasible at this time?

The more specific we can be, the better we can cater for the needs.

EG., Not just a general statement like "retraining users", but the specifics such as "teaching people how to change their password" or "teaching people how to make a new group".

The list we build here can have 2 uses:

A feature list for a new site
A base for a change management plan: the issues we need to address as we move members, or as we plan when and if to move to the new software.

Forum : all discussions, my discussions
Invite: import members from address book
Groups: can be sorted by most active, newest, most members, latest activity
Photos: thumbnail list; slideshow; sort by latest, random, popular, rated, albums, My albums and My favourites

Things
Group: list of members, send message to groups, join/leave group; discussion forum and comment wall
Event: details, rsvp, list of those attending, export.share, twitter, facebook, comment wall
Personal profile: including photos, latest activity, comment wall
Personal blogs
