Christchurch Creekside Community - home for sale

An opportunity to join the Creekside community. Ngaere, who has lived in the Community for almost 16 years is looking to downsize and her house is now for sale.

We really just want to let as many people as possible know about it as we know that the perfect family, couple or person is out there waiting to join the merry crew. If you can think of anyone who might be interested please pass this information on to them - it would be greatly appreciated.

How big is the house and how much are you looking for?

I am a member of Move2NZ and there are probably members who's ultimate aim is to live this kind of lifestyle.

Please for give though as I am a real estate agent, but I am on your wave length as you can see from my blogs at http://voices.realestate.co.nz/dith/

I was suprised on your website though as you seem to be consuming less home grown produce 1-5% then I am. I am growing at the moment tomatoes, broccoli, runner beans, cabbage, beetroots, carrots, swedes and will be planting broad beans very soon. I also have 2 chickens, but I am after 1 or 2 more.

Is it possible that I could pay the community a visit and write an article for the next move2NZ newsletter that is sent to over 5,000 members around the world? I will also put it on my blog.
