Home exchange

This is where you look for homes to exchange. Most of us are busy in our gardens and it is so much easier if when you are on holiday if you know that your garden is being watered, the produce is being harvested and the odd weed is coming out.

Hi. We're not ready to exchange yet (only lived here for 2 months!) but this is a wonderful idea for us later down the line. Thanks for thinking of it! :o)

I am planning to leave Christchurch to travel and I would like to make my room available for a woman who is looking for somewhere suitable to stay or to live. We have a peaceful and quiet house in a nice suburb close to town with two other flatmates including one relaxed and mature 40yr old woman. We also have buddhist teachings available in the Gompa downstairs.
This would Suit someone who is young or mature, preferably female who is looking for a quiet place to live or stay while they are in Christchurch. If you are interested or you think you may know of someone please give us a call on (03) 377 8286.

And while I am about it, we would like to swap houses with someone in the North Island, not too far north but not Wellington. We are an older couple with a three bedroomed home in Otaki and half an acre of garden. Wireless internet, good stereo, no children please. Quiet area ten minutes walk to village and 10 mins bike ride to great beach. An hour north of Wellington by car.
