Andy, I suggest you go into your media event and turn on comments. This enables people to ask questions in advance of your meeting and to post observations and notes after the meeting.

If you really generate a strong interest in meeting multiple times, I suggest you create a Group of your enthusiasts. Call it something like "Media User Group" -- this gives you an automatic mailing list, in addition of more control over your members' discussions.
