I found out about Transition Towns...
From a friend who told me
In the context of Transition Towns my interests / passions are:
I've always been passionate about minimising my effect on the environment and helping others to do the same.
I come from a Media/PR background, however find more enjoyment in growing/eating my own food and learning more about being self-sustainable. Since last year I've dived headfirst into the world of horticulure, discovering along the way some very unpleanant truths about the worlds food supply. It makes me even more determined to create awareness among people to know where their food comes from, and to ensure it is grown locally and free of chemicals.
What are you happy to share about yourself:
I am currently studying Sustainable Horticulture at Polytech.
