Via an article in a NZ publication
In the context of Transition Towns my interests / passions are:
Connecting people with place - the envivronment. And that includes myself :-)
Growing personal and community resilience.
Reclaiming a sense of community.
Being part of something bigger than just me and mine.
Working together with others.
Using my abilities and passion to help effect change

Without time in nature I shrivel up.
I love exploring. hearing new thinking, being part of change.
I've worked in environmental and community fields for the last 10 years or so, for central and local government and also the community sector.
