I found out about Transition Towns...
Via an article in a NZ publication
In the context of Transition Towns my interests / passions are:
I"m interested in getting involved and perhaps starting an initiative in my own community
What are you happy to share about yourself:
I"ve been working in the field of community and environment for some time as a social scientist in New Zealand. Currently I"m talking a break and hoping to move more into practice and away from research. it seems to me that the problem we have is not that we don't know enough - we just need to learn how to put all this stuff into some kind of practice.
