In the context of Transition Towns my interests / passions are:
The world is at risk of dying from consumption. Like the old fashioned name for TB, this is a wasting and debilitating disorder which the body can no longer support. Invalidism or death lies ahead. This calls for change in the way we live and the TT movement shows the way ahead for living more simply but more richly.
What are you happy to share about yourself:
I am a general medical practitioner with special interests in mindbody medicine and teaching; married to Jenni and we have 3 grownup children. I sing in choirs, enjoy my garden and enjoy following the musical careers of my children.

Hi Alan, It's great to see you here! Let me know if I can help you with your photo... cropping, sizing, adjusting contrast, fitting it to the site, etc. Then when I've returned it to you, you can post it to the site at Profile Photo. Photos become very important as our group grows.
