When you receive an email, the email is signaling you that something has occurred on the website that you said you wanted to know about. Just click on the link in your email -- it takes you directly to the page where the action is. There will be a login request if you have not previously logged in, but if you're logged in at the time, the correct page will come up and be positioned right on the piece that concerns you.
