Hi folks New here and I feel I ought to contribute some of my own findings into this subject. The fraud in mortgages mainly concerns the prommisory note. Banks have been in the habit of taking the prommisory note/valuable consideration of the…

Hi James yes the political rather than the strictly legal angle is probably the way to go. As taxpayers supporting bail outs we could become beneficiaries of those schemes in the legal sense. Anyway that is an argument you could run. The idea about…

Hi Liz,it a I had wondered at the applicability of challenging the banking system over a foreclosure and thought it would be a great means by which to raise awareness of the fraudulent nature of our monetary system. Yes I was aware of those cases…

In the context of Transition Towns my interests / passions are:
I see Transition Towns as an opportunity to get out from under big government and big business and a necessity in view of what is "coming down the pike." The movement also presents a real opportunity for local independendence in a number of areas, not least a local/complementary currency as a working alternative to the "debt money" system in which we are all enslaved by the joint efforts of politicians and moneylenders. I could go on about "pwoer to the people," "participatory democracy" and so on, but i think that will do for now. One other thing, I won and operate, among other things, "Paihia Taxis & Tours Limited," which is, as far as I know, the ONLY company of its kind in New Zealand that runs its vehicles on 100% Waste Vegetable Oil (WVO) not to be confused with biodiesel. We collect the WO from local chip shops and restaurants, clean it and use it in our vehicles. the photo shows our Oil Refinery in operation. It is very "low tech!" I am also experimenting growing trees which have a high oil content in their seeds.
What are you happy to share about yourself:
I came to New Zealand in Feb 2003 with a view to becoming self sufficient and debt free as I had seen for many years that the writing was on the wall. I was very close to being debt free when, in March 2005, my son and i were accused of Insurance Fraud in Georgia, USA. My son was thrown in jail for 3 weeks, our business was destroyed overnight, I was accused of absconding to New Zealand with US$3 Million and i was defamed just about everywhere. All the accustaions were baseles but it took the idiots in Atlanta to figure out that my son and i had been telling the truth from the getgo.I lost my reputation, hundreds of thousands of dollars and my permanent residency application for New Zealand was placed in great jeopardy until the matter was sorted out.. I now, at 65, am working harder than I have in years trying to get myself out of the mess which was no fault of my own. The real fraudsters are/were the owners and operators of a New Zealand Insurance company, Contractors Bonding Limited, who are in Auckland, still in business and, apparently, "buying their way out of jail" in Georgia by paying around US$1 Million in restitution to our ex clients while my son and I, other innocent victims, get nothing but shafted, and YES, I DO have an attitude about it!!
