From a friend who told me
In the context of Transition Towns my interests / passions are:
gardening
bicycles
alternate currency
relocalizing our community
education
What are you happy to share about yourself:
I coordinate the Green Bike Scheme which is based at the Sustainable Whanganui Environment Centre. From here we are developing various green social enterprise initiatives.
I also teach adult literacy, including basic gardening. I am working towards doing research for a doctorate in how to provide mass education for sustainable living.
