Big public meeting tonight to get community committee together to work with FNDC to research and hopefully develop a whole of Hokianga approach to our sewage problems and health of the Harbour. This may trigger a general discussion on how we would like our community to be involved in its own management over time. Hope to keep you posted.

Good idea re Community Economic Development - we have an informal group of people involved in CED that meets sometimes at the Tuna Cafe in Moerewa. I might suggest this to them as many would have a lot to offer.
