Volunteer Help Needed at Westown

July 24, 2009 at 10am to July 26, 2009 at 3pm
The Disability Centre is helping to set up a community garden. This is in the Westown area, some land has been offered to create a community/group garden and we are looking for people to 1. help prep/clear the area and 2. to be part of the garden. Good health for people, community working together and living in a city that operates as a community.
What are you happy to share about yourself:
I work at the Disability Information Centre and we are working to get community gardens going for people with disabilities, to promote good eating and the community working together.
