In the context of Transition Towns my interests / passions are:
Enthusiastically indulging in Community, near and far
Reconnecting with Ranginui and Papatuanuku
Growing and making with our hearts and hands
Seeking a return to simplicity
Cultivating Peace and sensibility
What are you happy to share about yourself:
Kia Ora, I'm Natalie, I drive a dirty big merc but grow heaps of weeds and a decent amount of garden to offset it. I work in a local organic food shop, a co-operative which sometimes feels like a glorified social club, due to our customers being our community-family. I play my guitar to the plants and am convinced it helps them to grow faster. That and seaweed-soaked llama poo. Imagine what'll happen when I get that banjo! Transition town initiatives get me excited like a big bowl of ice-cream and two spoons to eat it with. I look forward to building networks and communities, sharing ideas and participating in some juicy korero.
