In the context of Transition Towns my interests / passions are:
I'm interested in recycling and getting people to use more second hand gear. I've started a Second Hand Market on Sundays in Whangarei.
What are you happy to share about yourself:
I have a dog called Fierro who is a candidate for the upcoming elections. I will vote for him because of his policies on recycling and his low level of consumerism.
Where do you live (City or Town):
Whangarei

Hi Nickie,
The link I have posted below will get you to our new Website. Here it is again:
http://whangareitt.ning.com/
If you cannot click onto it, then copy and paste it into the address bar up top of this page (where you now see http://transitionaotearoa.org.nz/profile/NickieMuir) and press "enter". It should then load the" Whangarei Transition Towns" page for you.
You will first see all the events that are already scheduled and you can click at the bottom of the "events list on a link that says "add an event". This will get you onto a page where you can fill in all what you want to say. You can put an event up for every Sunday if you like.

You will find events for Whangarei and districts there, maybe you could advertise your Sunday market there as well?
