Normally this means the garden is to dry I think, Ants like a dry environment so a garden that is nice and moist does not make a good home. Given all the dry weather at this time, your problem may have gone already

Questions, answers, discussions on how to grow your own food. What grows where, what does not, when to plant..... We welcome people just getting started and season pro's to get us all growing!
I can share it all. I have a lovely little family, we live on the beach and try to work as much as we need to get by. We want to set up alternative living styles from the norm. I am gardening and try and get everyone into gardening - because if everyone had one the problems would be reduced greatly.
